General Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. If the return is due to our error, we will also pay for the shipping costs as long as we provide you with a return shipping label for this purpose. Items must be returned in their original product packaging and must be in original (unused) condition. Just contact us so we may assist you in making your return.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed following receipt of your returned item. Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Partial Refund

A partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price will be provided for any item not in original condition, or is damaged, or where parts are missing for reasons not attributable to Sk8 Monkey.

We promise to process your refund in a timely manner, allowing sufficient time for return shipping (5-10 days), internal processing (3-5 days), and financial institution processing (normally 3-5 business days). You can expect for us to communicate with you via e-mail during this process to keep you aware of the progress of your return.

Refunds for Gift Cards

If you used a Sk8 Monkey Gift Card to pay for any or all of an item you are returning, that part of the refund will be credited to you in the form of a gift card for future use, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Sk8 Monkey Gift Cards.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Sk8 Monkey does not accept returns for the following items:

• Due to health and safety concerns, Leotards, tights, or gloves may not be returned
• Gift Cards
• Products returned outside of the 30-day return policy window
• Items damaged beyond repair
• Consumable items (e.g., Skate guards) that show obvious signs of use

Exchange Policy

Sk8 Monkey strives to offer high quality products that live up to your expectations, but sometimes issues come up that require an item replacement. If you receive an item that is faulty and wish to exchange it for the same item, contact Sk8 Monkey to request a replacement. The original item must be returned but we will work with you to gain your satisfaction. If you are returning an item due to an error on your part, the shipping costs incurred will be chargable to your account.

Return Shipping

If you use the mailing label we supply for your return and the return is a result of an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you use the mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, we will deduct the shipping cost for the returned item from the amount we refund to you.
